3. Roof Plan shows parapet between kitchen and laundry. Return comments note 'Parapet on top of girder truss', yet a girder truss has not been shown at this location on roof framing or in truss calcs. Clarify.

4. Tower section cut B/7 shows truss G1 on a hanger while truss calcs require 5.5" of bearing. Clarify.

5. Plumbing plan - any 2003 IRC references must be removed.

6. Gas - Provide total developed length (meter to furthest appliance), which I assume will be the pool heater. Provide a complete summary of gas appliances - Include BTU for furnaces (100kx2) and pool heater (400k) and provide total. Pipe sizing seems adequate depending on length from house to pool heater.

7. Water line - Hose bibbs must be included at 3 f.u. each. Therefore total fixture units should be 41 (3 hose bibbs shown).

8. Obtain zoning and engineering approvals on new site plan at next submittal.
