1. The most recent approved site plan is required for reference. The submittal package included a plan for a propane tank, which is not a site plan. The site plan is necessary to verify what existing site conditions, if any, will be affected by this project.

2. On sheet A-1 "site plan", provide the vehicle parking calculation for the existing use. If retail, the site shall be parked at one (1) space per 200 square feet of gross floor area. The calculation shall include the use, gross floor area, parking ratio, number of vehicle parking spaces required and provided. Refer to LUC Sec. 3.3.4 for vehicle parking requirements.

3. Additional site review comments may be required if there are significant changes shown on the most recent approved site plan and the site plan included for this project.
