3. In the General Notes Sheet E-2, correct 1999 NEC to 2002.
4. Please note that the "c" value for 4/0 in metallic conduit is aprox. 15082, not 7992. This may be academic due to the 65/10K series rating of the new panel, but the Engineer of Record may desire to provide the correct figures for the record.
