1. The accessible parking detail provided does not show how a disabled person will get from the access aisle to the sidewalk. Indicate on the plan if access aisle is flush with sidewalk or if a ramp is needed provide a detail of the accessible ramp. See ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 405 for ramp specifications. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8)

2. Revise general note five (5). The correct development designator is "31". (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.31)

3. Revise general note eight (8). The words "Lot Coverage" shall be changed to "Floor Area Ratio". Also, add the maximum allowed FAR (.90) and the proposed FAR (.11). (D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.3)

4. Revise general note nine (9). The correct maximum allowed building height is 40 feet.
