1) See section 1107.2 refers to chapt. 1-9 of ANSI A117.1 2003, type A and B units. Clarify / justify number of units per 1107.6.1.1. Facility needs to be 100 % accessible or clarify / justify 20% cost of construction is being spent towards accessibility. See section 3409.6. Site plan ID- 100 either needs to state all ramps etc. are accessibility cmplient or address areas being modified per 3409.6.

2) Provide clarification of mounting heights. For all grab bars and tub seat dimensions per chapt. 6 of ANSI A117.1-2003. All fixture heights dimensioned and restroom dimensioned to provide all required clearances. ( tub and shower enclosure)
Vertical grab bars required see 604.5.1 for water closets.
Dimension height of bath tubs.
