1) See section 1107.2 refers to chapt. 1-9 of ANSI A117.1 2003, type A and B units. Clarify / justify number of units per 1107.6.1.1.
2) Clarify accessible route from parking to check-in to rooms. Clarify accessible route to other facilities at location. See chapt. 34 section 3409.6 either state facility is fully accessible and show accessible path or address exception #1.
3) Clarify walls being removed on 1/ID-101 or 2/ID-101 are non-bearing walls.
4) Clarify per section 1208 min. ceiling height of 7'-0" is in soffit areas only.
5) Detail 17/ID-121 clarify meets section 303 changes in level ANSI A117.1-2003.
6) Provide clarification of mounting heights. For all grab bars and tub seat dimensions per chapt. 6 of ANSI A117.1-2003. All fixture heights dimensioned and restroom dimensioned to provide all required clearances. ( tub and shower enclosure)
