Staff has approved handicapped accessibility, and will stamp the plan with the handicapped parking approval stamp when the site plan can be approved for zoning.

1. (PER LAST REVIEW). Please ensure all typeface on the site plan is revised to a minimum of 12 point, to ensure records can be kept efficiently.
RESPONSE: The type size was increased in several areas of the plan, thank you, however all areas of the site plan - all numbers, letters, details etc. must be 12 point minimum and several numbers and details still are too small to microfilm.

2. (PER LAST REVIEW.). Remove the street cross section
RESPONSE: I see the cross-section now refers to the driveway, which is a very helpful change, thank you. I need simple changes on the cross-section please:
A) remove reference to a parking lane in front of the buildings and show as travel lane.
B) Change the travel lane dimension to 24 feet wide
C) Change the wedge curb against the sidewalk to a vertical curb
D) Enlarge the type size for microfilming purposes please

3. (PER LAST REVIEW.) Per DS 2-02.2.2.A.3,
FOR LOT COVERAGE/LOT LINES/LOT SIZE; CORRECT THE FOLLOWING
A) Pressyc Lane is not included in lot area for this project
B) revise lot lot dimensions for this project - 161.45 x 152.75
C) revise lot size for this project to 24,661 sf (removing Pressyc Lane as part of lot)
D) revise gross lot area note to read .56 acres
E) show lot line on east side of Pressyc (the west property line of this site)
F) provide note "O-3 zone allows maximum 22 units an acre & 75% lot coverage"
G) provide note "proposed number of units is 5 on .56 acres"
H) list building area square footage & paved area square footage & provide total together in square footage. Divide that total by 24,661 to obtain percent lot coverage (will be a decimal number (example .60 or 60%)
