2. Please eliminate the redundant GND from the new gutter to the New 200A Meter enclosure. Reference NEC 250.24 (B).
3. Provide TEP available fault current at the terminals of the TEP Transformer.
4. Provide fault calculations for AFC at New Panel D. Plans shall stand on their own. Apply any relevant information to present plans.
