1. Please eliminate the redundant GND from the TEP transformer to the New 1200A landing can. Reference NEC 250.24 (B).
2. Fault calculations for AFC at New Panel D use a "c" value of 2430, which corresponds to that for a #6 copper conductor installed in nonmagnet conduit. The 3/0 conduit to Panel D would have a corresponding "c" value of 12844 if the conduit were metallic. This would result in a fault current which would exceed the 22K rating of the new panel. Please make the necessary corrections to both the fault calculations and panel short circuit rating.
