5. Show existing drainage patterns, proposed finish floor elevation(s), and finish grades. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16.

6. Include on the site plan estimated cut and fill quantities. If cut and fill quantities equal zero, please note on the plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.17.

7. Dimension from street centerline the existing and future right of way (ROW) for Valcencia Rd. and 12 the Ave. Indicate book and page for each street. DS 2-02.2.1.A.19.
