3. Water Heater is 208/1/60, 4500W on Sheet P1. Is 1-P on Sheet E1 and 2500W on Panel Schedule. Coordinate with Plumbing and clarify.
4. New Heat Pump is 208/3/60 MCA 17.9 MOCP 25 on Sheet M1. Protected by a 50AF and 60ACB on electrical. Electrical load calcs appear high for 17.9 MCA.
