The building and site plan cannot be approved at this time. As per LUC Sec. 3.2.7.3.A, .3.a.b.c(see attached) the 67' overall height steeple indicated on the plans requires a Special Exception approval. See attached Pre-submittal Conference Verification for required criteria that must be completed before Zoning can approve the building and site plans.
