COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The building and site plan cannot be approved at this time. As per LUC Sec. 3.2.7.3.A, .3.a.b.c(see attached) the 67' overall height steeple indicated on the plans requires a Special Exception approval. See attached Pre-submittal Conference Verification for required criteria that must be completed before Zoning can approve the building and site plans.
