Referenced plan is prior plan COT Building Permit #129318 for Cele Peterson by Intertech in 1995. 1. As this Permit divides this building and adjacent tenant space (6318 E Broadway Blvd) was issued a Certificate of Occupancy based on having access to the toilet rooms present in this space (6320 E Broadway Blvd), explain and show how adequate access to toilet rooms will be provided for the adjacent space (6318 E Broadway Blvd). 2.
