07/08/2005 | DAN CASTRO | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Add the lot dimensions and bearings to site plan. Per County Assessors records, the subject property has its own tax code (127-10-178F) and lot boundaries. I have attached a copy of the Assessor's Record Map to the site review card for reference. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5) 2. Per Craig Gross, Planning Administrator, the building area expansion will be based on the overall building area of the office complex. The addition will result in a full code review of the addition area only. Provide the building area expansion (based on overall office complex) calculation on the site plan. (D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.6) 3. Dimension the width of the new sidewalk. Minimum four (4) foot wide sidewalk is required. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12) 4. Under the project data block, correct the zoning classification from O-1 to O-3. In addition, label the zoning classification for the adjacent properties on the site plan. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.28) 5. Provide the actual F.A.R. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.3) 6. Review of this plan by the Zoning Review Section may be done over the counter. Please contact Dan Castro to set an appointment. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call Dan Castro, (520) 791-5608 ext. 1180. An appointment is required to discuss these comments in person. |
