For example, it was not addressed how water would be prevented from entering the ¾" hole, there is no specification of foundation material, no specification of how the top bracket is to be mounted on to the pole, how the pole is to be mounted on the bracket, and the angle of the lighting fixture does not conform to the full cutoff distribution required by the Light Requirements Table on Sheet E-2. Normally any exterior lighting fixture not mounted on the side of a building or under a canopy-like structure, such that it needs a pole or post, is installed on such pole or post provided by the fixture manufacturer, or one which is at least manufactured and listed for that purpose. If there is such item available on the market, please specify it instead on continuing to try to design one. And provide cut sheets of the proposed lighting fixture, pole, and manufacturer-recommended foundation. WORKED WITH DESIGNER VIA A SERIES OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.
