LUC Sec 2.3.4.2.A.1 & LUC Sec 3.2.1.B 2. The number of bedrooms for this residence is six (6), as defined by the Land Use Code. The number of parking spaces required for this site is four (4). "All parking and maneuvering must be located on site either in a side or rear perimeter yard." The parking area must be improved with paving and stripping. Please see Development Standards D3-05.
