1. This structure was built in 1986 after the Floodplain Ordinance came in to effect. This structure should be in conformance with the Floodplain Ordinance. Submit the elevation certificate for the structure that was constructed in 1986. If this structure was built to the proper elevation the 50% rule does not apply. S3. Please explain fire wall designation for interior masonry wall, as this wall is indicated as a shear wall only on original drawings for this structure. If it has been modified to become a fire wall, please clarify type of fire wall per IBC Section 7 and provide details and fire listing on the drawings.
S4. Provide structural design and calculations for folding partition support structure by an Arizona Registered Structural Engineer.
S5. Clarify exiting from entire tenant space, including classrooms.
S6. Clarify that minimum number of required plumbing facilities are provided per IBC Table 2902.1 and men's accessible toilet facility is/are provided and designated on floor plan, per IBC Section 29.
S7. Clarify use of room #104.
S8. Show where 20% of this alteration is spent on accessibility per IBC Section 3409.
