I acknowledge I have reviewed these plans before, and am familiar with the project. Zoning granted their approval for permits to be issued for the foundations for both proposed residences recently. For the new residence project to proceed, these plans can only be approved once the following is done: A) obtain DSD Engineering Staff approval for the building pad area B) obtain an approved lot split through DSD review process C) submit new residence plans to DSD with approved lot split plans. 2.
