Provide the height of the exterior walls of the new building addition or structure measured from the average grade to the highest point under the roof to the top of the parapet. South:_______________feet high West:_______________feet high As per DS2-02.6 2. As per Luc Sec. 6.2.2 Definitions B------- Bedroom. The term bedroom shall include all of the following. B. Any enclosed room which has a minimum area of sixty (60) square feet and has an accessible opening to the exterior of the building in compliance with the International Building Code (IBC), whether termed a studio, family room, study, den, bonus room, or any other name, except for a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. This proposed addition will bring the structure to a total of 5 bedrooms(considering the family room as a dining room) as per the above definition. As per LUC Sec. 3.5.7.1.G,and.H G. For any new single family dwelling in the R-1 zone with five (5) bedrooms, three (3) parking spaces are required. For every bedroom over five (5), one additional space is required for each bedroom. H. For all single family dwellings in the R-1 zone with five (5) or more bedrooms, and for all lots containing two (2) or more single family dwellings, with the second dwelling having more than one bedroom, all parking and maneuvering must be located on-site, either in a side or rear perimeter yard. The vehicular use area must be improved, which includes surfacing, striping, and provision of barriers, in conformance with Development Standard 3-05.0.
