IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Indicate number of poles and fault current rating of ATS. Note that Specifications 16250-3 1.04 B 6 and 7 call for 4-pole transfer switches to have a switched neutral pole, but 3-pole switches to have a neutral bus and lugs; modify as applicable to the single phase generator. Generator is not grounded and bonded as for a Separately Derived System.
2. Provide AFC at ATS. Specifications 16250-2 1.04 A 4 call for transfer switch equipment to withstand the AFC shown on the drawings.
3. The GND in the conduit between the CT Can and new service disconnect consists of a redundant path.
4. Since a new disconnect is on the load side of the new transfer switch, this would serve as the new service disconnect. Reference NEC 230.82. Please relocate the Grounding Electrode conductor at the new service disconnect, and specify that the N-G bond at the existing service disconnect be removed.
5. Please provide an Overcurrent Protective Device for the feeder to MDP.
6. Keynote 2 on Sheet RE2.1 refers to New Panel ATS. Do you mean New Panel UPS?
7. Keynote 10 is on Panel Schedule CT on Sheet RE2.1, but there is no such Keynote.
8. TTB receptacle was not transferred to Panel UPS, as Keynote 5 has directed.
9. With UPS specified at 4 KVA on the input, and Specifications 16611-8 2.3 F at 92% efficiency, it is questionable whether all of the 4 KVA load (+ TTB receptacle) will be carried by this UPS. (4000) (0.92) = 3680.
