COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. DS 2-02.2.1.6 Provide on the site plan the dimensions of the foot prints of all structures.

Add the special exception case number (T08SE00012) to the notes.

2. DS 2-02.2.2.A.3 The FAR calculations indicated in general note #5 have not been revised to show the changes to the plan. Revise.

In general note number 4 the totals indicated are mixed up with the phase 2 totals. Revise.

3. Review DS 2-09 and provide a detail of an acceptable class 2 bicycle parking rack. Must have minimum 2 point support. Revise detail 7 on sheet 3.

4. The above comments are minor in nature and can be completed by setting an appointment with me for an over the counter review.
