(Per last review) A circle note for number of parking spaces in the west parking lot (south of detention basin) must be revised - listed with a circle 10 but 8 spaces provided. 2. (Per last review) lighting and signage directing location of bike parking is needed. 3. Please provide a note on page 3 of the plan that ensures the post height of the handicapped sign is 7' from the bottom of the sign to grade. 4. ADVISEMENT: Please note, phasing of a project is only good within two years of approval of development. Should the plan for phase 2 not be submitted and approved within two years, any applicable code changes made during the two years from date of approval will be applied to the new review of the next project phase.
