Missing approved site plan by zoning to verify approval of removal of site wall. Also need to verify approval of new elevated car display. On west property line a 8ft. wall is shown on site plan that would be new since demo buildings are where wall is shown, therfore provide structural calcs. and detail for 8ft. site masonry screen wall or this wall would also need to be removed. 2) Provide structural calcs and details for HVAC equipment on roof. Metal decking cannot support the load shown on mechanical drawgs. Stuctural calculations provided are not readable. Also calculations would need to show that the building framing can carry the load from the w10 x12 to the footing adequately. Also provide framing details for the new members being added. 3) Handrail shop drawings inadequate details provide all dimensions, welds, and connections. Can be provided before installation. 4) Shop drawings for structural steel need to be reviewed and approved by structural engineer. Can be provide before installation. |
