Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN 1. The cut and fill quantities have not been revised from the previously approved site plan. Are the cut and fill quantities the same? Was the earthwork quantity on the previously approved plan including the revisions? Clarify in the response letter and revise the site plan as needed. 2. Submit a grading application for the revision to the site. The SWPPP must also be revised to show the site changes. Submit 3 copies of the grading and SWPPP plan with the grading application. Be advised to use the same grading plan activity number. 3. The 7000 square foot parking exclusion is an area that will not be used as a parking area and this must be clear. Indicate vertical curb between the revised employee parking lot and the 7000 square foot parking exclusion to avoid any confusion. |
