Specifically, finished curb and gutter grades on the east and west sides of the northernmost portion of the building, adjacent to the parking areas, are lower than the proposed pad or finished grade depicted. 3. (Previous comment # 18 b). A copy of the Construction General Permit (CGP) was not included wioth the SWPP text/report. Please include with each copy of the SWPP text/report. 4. Neither the SWPP report, nor the plan set contains the BMP's referenced on the plans for the stabilized construction entrances and the concrete washout (BMP's 99 and 38) - please provide these details. An over the counter review and approval may be coordinated upon completion of all comments provided. Please assure all other (Zoning, Landscape, etc.) review comments have been fully addressed prior to requesting over-the-counter review and approvals. |
