Tucson Blvd. Adding 2nd Residence to site Site plan 1st Review Transmittal date: May 12, 2005 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. Please provide copies of the floor and elevation plans for the new unit attached to the site plan. 2. City of Tucson aerial photos from 2002 indicate the existing residence has an addition and a detached structure to the west not shown on the submitted site plan. Please address these discrepancies on the revised site plan and provide a copy of the last approved plan for the existing residence. 3. Tucson Boulevard has the possibility to widen to a maximum of 76 feet in the area of this project. Please provide dimensions for the existing and future right of way and curb for Tucson Boulevard. 4. Please review comment 2 and revise the site plan as needed to show the lot coverage for this location. Lot coverage includes building footprints and vehicle use areas. 5. Please provide the legal description, the site owners names, and a scale on the revised drawings. 6. Please list the maximum height of the new structure on the plans, also listing the height of the exterior building walls for each elevation. Please be sure all heights are taken from finished grade. 7. Please list any easements. 8.
