The subject property is included in a development project that requires a development plan be approved by the city prior to issuance of any permits. The last city approved development plan for this location has undergone recent revisions, and those revisions have yet to be approved by Development Services Department. Once revisions to the development plan have been approved, two sets of the development/site, landscaping and NPPO plans must be inserted and stapled into the plans for this project. Review of this project can then commence. 2. Review of this project can be completed at the zoning counter.
