Please provide a revised site plan and a revised drainage report addressing the comments provided below. An over the counter review may be coordinated with me upon completion of these revisions. DRAINAGE REPORT/SITE PLAN COMMENT: 1. DS 10-01: Per our meeting, the basin must be setback from any leachate field area - show setback on plan from ponding limits / basin area. Regarding basin access, pedestrian or vehicle access for maintenance maybe located at human activity zone (project amenity, a multi-use facility, passive recreation) access.
