Include a NPPO plan or application for exception per DS 2-15.0 with re-submittal to continue review. 2. If Native Plants are not located on the subject site: Provide acceptable documentation (Application for Exception), which clearly indicates that the project will not impact Protected Native Plants. Such documentation includes photographs of the site taken from all sides of the property per DS 2-15.2.0.C 3. Plans shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that they will conform to the provisions of this code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations per DS 11-01.4.1.C. Clearly indicate on landscape the grading limits identical to site plan. 4. Include note on landscape plan: Fencing shall be required during construction for all undisturbed natural desert and adjacent biological wildlife corridor buffer per DS 2-6.0 Figure-1 5. Note on landscape plan: Prior to any site disturbance a pre-grading inspection is required.
