Electrical Note 1, add the requirement that construction shall be in accordance with the 2002 National Electrical Code. 3. Electrical Note 2 references the IRC, which does not apply to this installation. NEC applies. 4. Electrical Note 2 calls for 13 AWG wire. No such gauge. 5. Electrical Note 9 refers to an IRC section. Provide the corresponding NEC reference. 6. Apartment plans have refrigerator and garbage disposal on Ckt 10. Panel schedule only accounts for refrigerator on this circuit. Please clarify. 7. Provide a fully developed lighting fixture schedule for all fixtures, and cut sheets for all new fixtures. 8. The Stove, as a 2-pole load, can not be powered on a duplex receptacle. 9. Arc-fault circuit protection required in NEC 210.12 applies to all branch circuits powering bedroom 125V single-phase 15A and 20A outlets, not just receptacles. 10. Provide specifications for F-1, mechanical and electrical. 11. Provide disconnect switches as necessary for equipment F-1. 12. Please put the Washer on its own circuit. The 20A circuit appears to be overloaded with the washer and receptacle loading. 13. Panel D Ckt 8 powers Common Area. Not seen on plans. 14. Residential Ckt 14, with #14 wire and 20A CB, does not comply with NEC 240.4 (D). 15. Load calculation used for House panel is only permitted for dwelling units. Reference NEC 220 Parts I and II, and Part III 220.30 (A). 16. Mechanical specifies an 11A Rheem, Electrical calls it 37.5A. Coordinate with Mechanical and clarify. 17. Provide TEP available fault current. 18. Provide fault calculations to demonstrate that equipment is rated for AFC. |
