1. This structure was built in 1986 after the Floodplain Ordinance came in to effect. This structure should be in conformance with the Floodplain Ordinance. Submit the elevation certificate for the structure that was constructed in 1986. If this structure was built to the proper elevation the 50% rule does not apply.
