1) Provide site plan Sht. 1 of 5 without existing City of Tucson approval stamps.
2) Buildings on lot need to be justified per the 2003 IBC.
3) Table 602 north wall building "B" group R & B shall be 1 hr. fire resistance rating.
4) Justify bldg. "B" per section 704.11 Parapets. Parapets shall be provided on exterior walls of buildings.
5) It appears from records orig. building 'B' was apartments. Please justify / clarify demolition involved.
6) It appears from records orig. building 'A' was a residence. Please justify / clarify demolition involved.
7) Provide wall section between Bldg. #3 and Bldg. #2 with code analysis submittal sht. Clarify seperated / nonseperated use. See section 708.1 & 708.4.
8) Justify / clarify per section 903.2.7 for building #3. If non-seperated use most restrictive applies.
9) Building # 1 & #2 clarify per section 1008.1.8 - 1008.1.8.5 Door operations.
