The pedestrian access must be provided via the sidewalk along the East Side of the corner building as depicted on the plan. Again add a note that the gates are to remain open during working hours of both commercial uses. Previous Comment: Note 15 states that the gates are to be locked because it is a secondary access. The gate must remain open during working hours because the parking spaces for the residential and the auto sales are within the corner lot parking area. Also the required sidewalks that are to provide pedestrian circulation to both sites are in the area of corner development behind the locked gates. The gates must be removed or the note must be revised to state that the gates will remain open during working hours. The pedestrian circulation must be accessible to all three uses during working hours. 2. Additional comments may be forthcoming based on comments by other agency reviewers. 3. Zoning is willing to re-review, approve, and stamp the site plan and building plan over the counter if all other review agencies review and approve the plans. Please call an set an appoint if this is the case. |
