For permitting purpose clarification is required and a revision can be processed later if necessary. 3) Where is section A3 cut? Please designate on floor plan. 4) Concrete pier design is per 16" sq. and sht. A1 allows 12" min. please justify. 5) Clarify & detail masonry tie for brick veneer to CMU block wall. 6) Clarify location for anchor bolts and Epoxy anchors per the structural calculation pg. 15. 7) Justify with calculations lintel sizing and reinforcing for lintel over door opening and wall section. 8) Permit will not be issued until special inspection form has been provided for Epoxy anchors. |
