Royal Copeland Dr. Addn: Bedroom/Bath/Garage Transmittal date:4/19/05 1st Review COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1.Indicate the name of owner. 2.The square footage shown for the bedrooms/bathroom on site plan does not match floor plan dimensions. Correct site plan with new dimensions to property lines. 3.Dimensions along west property line should be perpendicular to the property line. Provide dimensions to all corners of new structure in order to average the required setback of 20'. The min. distance from the west property line to any wall of the new structure is 10'. 4.Provide the height of the exterior walls of the new building addition measured from the average grade to the highest point under the roof or to the top of parapet wall. Provide for all elevations N,S,E,&W. of the proposed additions. Heights indicated are 8' which do not appear to be correct as per elevations.
