Since the last review, the lot size has been reduced from 14,950 to 11,832 on the future site plan, to 8,053 on the current as built conditions site plan. There is an error in the lot size at some point. Please check and revise both the current and future site plans as required. 2. On the as built site plan, provide a note stating to "see the attached future site plan for parking and lot size information on future conditions". 3. On the future site plan: The parking provided in the commercial parking lot to the west of the residence will be used for the restaurant use at the east side of the site. The sidewalk cannot run behind the carport of the residence, per DS 2-08.4.1. Provide an accessible route to the restaurant building from these western parking spaces. 4. On the future site plan and the as built site plan, the square footage of the residence differs from the listed versus shown. (are you including the carport of the residence?) Revise to correct number - and/or list out carport versus residence area. 5. On the current and future site plans, revise the FAR calcs, based upon the findings of the above discrepancy.
