Please provide a note on both future and current site plans indicating truncated domes will be provided on all handicapped access ramps. Staff acknowledges a handicapped ramp detail on S 4a, however, this note should be on both plans with reference to S4a. 2. The future site plan shows a new sidewalk from Tyndall across the parking area to the buildings. This new sidewalk/ramps location cuts directly behind two public parking lot spaces, which is a safety concern and a conflict with DS 3-05. The sidewalk must be relocated around the perimeter of the parking spaces. (Staff agreed to allow the handicapped ramp crossing behind the residential carport because it is a private parking space). Please note, relocation of the sidewalk may affect the landscaping area, including the proposed 30" screen wall - and landscaping staff should be consulted prior to design. 3. Add the adjacent township, range and section numbers to the location map on both the current and future site plans. 4.
