1. Previous comment has not been addressed. The detail shall provide dimensions of the disabled parking space, access aisle, ramp, slope, direction of slope, etc.
Previous comment: Provide a fully dimensioned detail for the handicap accessible ramp and shall comply with specifications in the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 405. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8) (ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 405)

2. Previous comment has not been addressed. Striped pedestrian path does not comply with development standard required. A five (5) foot wide raised concrete sidewalk or a five foot wide concrete sidewalk flush with the asphalt drive and includes a barrier (e.g. bollards) spaced every five feet on center will comply. The intent is to prevent vehicle from driving onto the pedestrian path.
Previous comment: If there are doorways into/out of building along the pedestrian refuge area, a minimum four (4) foot wide sidewalk is required within the pedestrian refuge area. Sidewalk shall be comprised of concrete and be provided with a barrier (curbing, bollards, etc.). (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12) (D.S. 2-08.4.1.B) (D.S. 2-08.5.1)
