It appears that DB-14 is used twice, since it powers microwave in break room and also receptacles in MD area, on different circuits. 2. Please put the following note in a prominent place on the plans: "All work in patient care areas shall comply with NEC 517.13." 3. Please change the reference to the 1998 IECC to read "2000." 4. Since the service entrance conductors (3) (500) = 1500 MCM, the Grounding Electrode conductor, sized per NEC Table 250.66, shall be 3/0, not 2/0. The Main Bonding Jumper shall be 4/0. Reference NEC 250.102 (C) and Table 8. (3) (500) (0.125) = 187.5. 5. Note on Single Line Diagram refers to "Grounding Detail A" on Sheet E1.1. No such detail. 6. The 2/0 GND between the TEP X'FMR and the Term. Box is redundant, and shall be deleted. |
