Add a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculation to the Code Review section on sheet A-1 stating the maximum allowed FAR, which is 0.90, and the proposed FAR. The FAR is calculated as the gross floor area divided by the total site area. 2. Add the site zoning and the development designator (31) to the Code Review section on sheet A-1. 3. Add a handicap parking calculation to the Code Review section stating the number of h/c spaces requrired and provided.
