The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. Revise the parking calculation to be based on the individual uses rather than entirely on the retail furniture calculation shown. Restaurant uses are parked at 1 vehicle space per 100 square feet GFA. Financial Service uses are parked at 1 vehicle space per 175 square feet GFA. Or, the entire center may be parked as per the original approved site plan at 1 vehicle space per 200 square feet. Also, add the number of vehicle parking spaces provided on site. DS 2-02.2.2.A.4 2. Have two copies of the site plan made so that all hand written information is in black ink rather than red ink.
