COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This project is being reviewed as a restripe of parking lot and for compliance with required parking.

2. The K-Mart building shown on the submitted site plan (75,923 square feet) is larger than the one shown on the previously approved plan (72,897 square feet). If additions have been made, provide copy of approved site plans. Provide dimensions and square footages for the other buildings as well, and provide a parking calculation, handicapped parking calculation, bicycle parking calculation and loading zone calculation showing how many spaces are provided and required. Some approved parking spaces, such as the nine spaces originally located along the south property line, have been deleted. Also, there is a storage unit box or electrical box shown adjacent to the handicap parking access aisle along the north row of parking. This takes up at least one parking space. Label this box as to its purpose and provide all calculations for parking and loading to demonstrate compliance with code. More comments may be necessary once the parking and loading calculations have been provided.
