1) Provide code analysis per City of Tucson requirements. See Code Analysis form available on City of Tucson website - Commercial permit submittal requirements.
2) Clarify separated or non-separated use see IBC 2003 sections 302.3, 302.3.1, & 302.3.2. Therefore building plan is typically provided clarifying adjacent tenant/ occupancies.
3) A handicap employee and customer shall be provided with a accessible path to the restroom per IBC 2003 section 1109.2.1.4 and see section 404 ANSI A117.1 - 2003.
4) Clarify clear floor space for water closet per ANSI A117.1- 2003 section 604.3.
5) Provide documents that are signed and sealed by Arizona registrant. Seal is not signed. Checked status with Arizona Board of Registrar needs a current license
