Provide a fully dimensioned bicycle parking space detail in conformance with D.S. 2-09. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9) 8. Please provide a revised site plan addressing the comments provided below, and include a response letter addressing each comment provided. The following comments are offered: 1. Depict and label sight visibility triangles, in accordance with City Development Standard (DS) 2-02.2.1.10 & DS 3-01.5.B 2). 2. Depict and label 18' concrete headers (Pima County/City of Tucson Standard Detail 213) at the ingress/egress location per Development Standard 3-01.10, Figure 6. 3. Depict any roof downspout locations and sidewalk scuppers for conveyance of 10-year flows under all sidewalk areas (DS 2-08.4.1 E). 4. Provide estimated cut and fill quantities (DS 2-02.2.1 A 17). 5. Dimension the half right of way of 4th and Herbert Avenues, and revise the labeling for Herbert Ave. to reflect its street designation as an Avenue (DS 2-02.2.1 A 19). 6. Dimension from street monument lines to all curb, sidewalk, driveway(s), and utility lines (DS 2-02.2.1 A 21). 7. The proposed dumpster location does not meet solid waste pick-up requirements outlined in Development Standard 6-01.0. A conflict exists with the overhead electric/power lines, and backing into the right of way may not be permitted. Please contact John Clark with Environmental Services Dept.(791-5543) for proposed deviations from Development Standard requirements (DS 2-02.2.1 A 32 and 6-01.0). 8. Provide an enclosure detail, if an enclosure is proposed onsite upon resubmittal. Depict and label rear and side-wall bollards to be installed, note a min.5" thick concrete base, dimension 10' between the bollards in the detail, at a minimum. Maneuverability and access to the enclosure should be depicted, assuring a clear approach of 14' x 40' and 36'and 50' inside and outside turning radii respectively, are met (DS 6-01.4.0). 9. Demonstrate water harvesting onsite by providing notes and/or details for depressing all landscape areas (6" maximum). GENERAL: · Correct the township to 14 S (Sheet a0). · Provide certification signatures on all sheets, and assure each text/numbering for each seal is legible. Resubmittal will require a revised site plan addressing all items listed above. Subsequent comments may be necessary upon resubmittal, depending upon the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans.
