COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The required setback at the west side of the guest house does not appear to be correct. It appears to have a wall height of 15'-6" thus requiring a 10'-3" setback as per the required 6' or 2/3 the height requirement for perimeter yard setbacks in an R-1 zone.

2. This plan, once the above is corrected and all of the other department stamps have been transferred to the new site plan, may be approved over the counter by me. Please call and make an appointment.
