Please address the following review comments. Should you wish, please contact me for an office appointment and I will review the plan changes at the counter. My email is Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov and my direct line is 791-4541x1156. In addition, I work the counter daily from 12:30-2:45, should you wish to come to the office at that time. 2. Please provide current property ownership information on the site plan. 3. The wall heights presented on the site and elevation plans do not match (i.e. elevations show 8'8" total wall height from grade, site plan states 8'6" from grade). Please address this discrepancy. Please note, zoning review examines building wall heights measured from (at) grade, rather than from (at) finished floor. The elevation plans indicate an 8" difference between finished floor and finished grade elevation. Please revise the drawings accordingly.
