10. Unless the piping arrangement makes it impractical or there are structural features that preclude running the building drain lines at a uniform slope of ¼" per foot, the minimum acceptable slope within the building is ¼" per foot. Reference Section 708.0, UPC 1994.
11. Clarify the term 3" HTW used in the plumbing plan on sheet 4.

1) Clarify / justify A3 use it appears that this will be a Educational Group 'E" occupancy see section 305 occupant load must be < 100 to be A3.
2) Clarify separated / non-separated use. Clarify / justify allowable sq. footage.
3) Show wall section of 2 hr. CMU to clarify proper separation.
4) Clarify restroom facilities finished per section 1210.
5) Need to provide restroom facilities per chapter 29 IBC. It appears 2 male water closets, 2 male lavatories, 2 female water closets, 2 female lavatories are required. Restroom facilities must meet ANSI A117.1 2003 requirements.
6) Detail 4 & 6 sht. 3 clarify which will be used.
7) Bath 2 clearance for door to exit per ANSI A117.1 - 2003.
8) Clarify existing CMU wall to be removed at bath 2 is non-bearing.
9) Provide adjusted valuation.
