01/18/2006 | LAITH ALSHAMI | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | Laith Alshami, Engineering and Floodplain Review, 01/18/2006 Sierra Morado Unit 2, Phase II Stockpile Grading Plan Comments: Grading Plan comments: 1- Provide the T05BU________ number in the Tile Block. 2- Establish the location of the stockpile by providing dimension from fixed bench marks (such as an existing street center line or a bank of a wash) in order to assist the contractor in placing the stockpile in the intended location. 3- Add a general note, which states that the project will be in compliance with City of Tucson Development Standard 11-01.0 (Excavation and Grading). 4- Provide the project Administrative Address. 5- Provide all parcel dimensions and bearings. 6- Provide the names of all onsite washes. 7- Provide the proposed grading information that demonstrates how the site runoff will be routed around the proposed stockpile (i.e. sheet 3 of 3 of the SWPPP has the required information. Attach the sheet to the Grading Plan as sheet 2 of 2). 8- Provide a detailed response letter with the next submittal that explains how the comments were addressed and references the exact locations/sheets where the revisions were made. SWPPP comments: 1. Part IV.B.2.c Explicitly indicate in the SWPPP the name of the operator with operational control over project specifications (including the ability to make modifications in specifications). 2. Part IV.B.2.c Explicitly indicate in the SWPPP the name of the operator with operational control over day-to-day activities at the construction site. 3. Part IV.D.3. Describe good housekeeping procedures to be used (prevent litter, debris and chemicals from being exposed to stormwater). 4. Part IV.D.4.a. Describe and identify interim and permanent stabilization practices for the site. Document where existing vegetation will be preserved 5. Part IV.J.1. Each Operator must sign the SWPPP. 6.
