Grading Plan:

1. Callout Sheet G1.1 and G1.2 as SITE/GRADING PLAN
2. Callout existing curb line information onto sheet G1.2
3. Add "EXISTING" to "ROAD PAVED ALL THE WAY TO 1ST AVE."
4. Include truncated dome callout to the plan view of CURB ACCESS RAMP PER PC/COT… Detail on Sheet G2.0.
5. Provide (3) copies of the corrected grading plans for final approval.
