Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: GRADING PLAN 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. Relabel the site plan keynotes to "Grading Plan Keynotes." 4. On sheet 1a keynote 6 indicates a new 5' sidewalk. Keynote 6 is not shown on the grading plan. Revise to show the location of keynote 6. 5. Keynote 10 indicates a solid waste enclosure and points to a building. Please clarify and revise the site and grading plan appropriately. 6. In addition to the above comment, it is not clear what keynote 10 is indicating. The keynote reads as follows, "Location of roll out refuse container w/ 6' high masonry wall on south side and north side." The plan shows the solid waste truck maneuvering to the enclosure. The keynote indicates the container being rolled out. Clarify. 7. Indicate zoning on the south side of the property. 8. Indicate fabric filter under the rock with detail 1 on sheet 1a and detail B on sheet 2. 9. To ensure the surface stormwater drains to the catch basins, indicate more finish grades around the catch basin. Drainage patterns must be readily definable in all areas. DS 2-08.4.1.E, DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 10. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 11. Show the grading limits on the plan. Indicate line weight in the legend.
